September 7th, the deep waters of memory, feeling and interconnectedness meet the sensuous awakening of what anchors us into our everyday activities and moods.
With the sun halfway through Virgo season, on path to forming an opposition to Neptune and a trine to Jupiter, the Virgo-Pisces axis draws us into attachment to the patterns of material life that have served us most, and also to the most lovingly compassionate areas of our life histories, including people, places and sources of inspiration we now feel drawn to serve.
As a balance beam forms between the material status quo and the transcendentally inspired dream world of possibility, nostalgia lingers in our sleepy-seeds, morning coffee and dinner red wine: that dreamworld of future possibilities takes its inspiration from the heartfelt gems of the past that have carried us into our present.
This is a seasonal moment about touching ground; feeling the geographic & psychic grounds that touch us, holding us through interwoven communities of beings, living & dead. In light of this, it’s a good day to contemplate who has held you in loving, compassionate ways throughout the transitions and moments of uncertainty in your life. Bless them, show them gratitude and plant new seeds so that you can also hold others by showing them all of the joys you’ve discovered throughout your time here.
