This week, questions stir surrounding our individual pioneering spirits and how our drive to move forward manifests in the world. This is largely due to Mars beginning its retrograde cycle, bringing with it speculation on the red planet’s implications of urgency, drive, violence and conflict in the human collective. But below the tip of the iceberg, there are more subtle messages this week involving how we recognize autonomy, personal glory and uniqueness in the context of relationships.
It’s about seeing and being seen. With Venus, Mercury and Chiron beginning to link up, an urge to relate with others, their presence triggering anew within us the recognition of our uniqueness. An awareness of art, or the arts, or unexpected perceptions of beauty, may enter our mindscapes or conversations. These represent different octaves of our abilities to perceive the beauty of unique individualities within the context of relationships.
Given this dynamic, these are good days, despite the volatility in the air, to reach out to close friends, partners or loved ones who strive to make you feel seen and who honor you in your radiance. Make that call. Send a message of love, or let that person know about something that reminded you of life’s joy. Check out that film you’ve been meaning to watch. Use the arguments as catalysts for awareness, and consciously cultivate dynamics of “seeing and being seen” in your world.
